About Verantara

A procurement partner, not a parts catalogue.

Verantara was founded in 2021 in Indonesia to solve a problem every maintenance team knows: the part exists somewhere, but finding it, verifying it and getting it to site takes weeks of calls across time zones.

We now run that process on two continents. European OEM channels and Asian manufacturing sit under one account, so operators stop maintaining separate vendor lists on each side of the world — and stop chasing suppliers who answer in a week.

  • One counterparty from enquiry to delivered goods
  • Specifications and documents checked before anything ships
  • Freight, customs and paperwork handled to site

What we supply

Six lines of supply, run as one account

You raise one enquiry. We handle the vendors, the specification and the documentation behind it.

Dense network of industrial pipework, valves and instrumentation
  • Sourcing & vendor discovery

Hard-to-find parts, discontinued models and obsolete equipment. We trace the manufacturer, the authorised channel or a qualified equivalent — and tell you plainly which one you are getting.

  • Spare parts & MRO

Recurring maintenance, repair and operations items consolidated into one supplier, one quotation and one delivery schedule instead of a dozen scattered purchase orders.

  • Rotating equipment & pumps

Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, gearboxes and motors — specified against your duty point, not against a catalogue page.

  • Valves, piping & fittings

Valves, flanges, gaskets, fasteners and piping in the materials and pressure classes your specification calls for, with certificates where they are required.

  • Safety & PPE

Certified personal protective equipment, gas detection, fall protection and site safety consumables, supplied against the standards your operation is audited on.

  • Electrical & instrumentation

Motors, drives, sensors, transmitters and control components sourced to the make and model already installed, so nothing has to be re-engineered on site.

Industries

Built for operations where downtime is measured in money

The sectors we work in share one thing: a stopped line costs more per hour than the part that stopped it.

  • Oil & Gas

    Upstream, midstream and downstream operations

  • Mining & Minerals

    Extraction, processing and bulk handling

  • Power & Energy

    Thermal, hydro and renewable generation

  • Manufacturing

    Process plants and heavy industry

  • Marine & Ports

    Vessels, terminals and port equipment

  • Infrastructure

    Construction, utilities and public works

How we work

Four steps, no black box

You always know which stage your order is at, what it costs and when it lands.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Send a part number, a datasheet, a photo of the nameplate or a description of the problem. Incomplete information is normal — we work from what you have.

  2. 02

    Sourcing & quotation

We work the supplier network across Asia and Europe and compare options on price, lead time and origin. Quotations typically come back within 48 hours.

  3. 03

    Verification

Specifications, certificates and documentation are checked before anything ships. Correct part, correct standard, correct paperwork.

  4. 04

    Delivery & follow-up

Freight, customs and documentation handled to your site. We stay on the order until it is installed and signed off, and keep the record for the reorder.

One point of accountability

Not a marketplace and not a broker chain. One counterparty owns the order from enquiry to delivery, and you always know who to call.

Two continents, one supplier

European OEM channels and Asian manufacturing under a single account, so you stop maintaining separate vendors on each side of the world.

Technical accuracy first

Part numbers, duty points and material standards are checked before quotation. A cheap part that does not fit is the most expensive part there is.

Straight answers on lead time

If something is six weeks out, we say six weeks. Realistic dates you can plan a shutdown around beat optimistic dates that slip.
